Jameson was so full of life & energy. he was also the most well behaved 4 year old i've ever met. it was freeeezing, but our session was quick & fun.

Miss Molly turned 3 in August! She may be one of the best behaved 3 year olds on the planet. We let her do her thing at Benson's Wild Animal Farm (Benson Park) & no bribing was required.

Happy 3rd Birthday Molly!

Every once in awhile I get to pick up my camera for me. I'm always looking to evolve & settle on a style that I feel is really me. I've been playing around with some new editing & I'm loving the grain & natural colors that I'm getting.

I must thank my girls, their friend Molly, my husband & our new kitty, Knox, for being ever so patient with me. They were all rewarded with marshmallows, 6 hours of uninterrupted NFL watching & kitty treats, respectively.

It's been a long dreary winter. We didn't get much snow & it wasn't crazy cold- but it was sooo looong. & gray. & boring. & slow. & you get the idea.

But things are warming up & picking up & I'm excited to share some family sessions, that I have coming up, with you!

I decided to go out & practice on my 2 year old last night. Normally she's pretty non-compliant & runs away screaming, but last night she was so happy & easy going & we had the best time getting some pictures of her just having fun & looking fabulous.

First she needed to warm up to the idea a bit.


Then it was time to practice her jumping skills.



She got a little exasperated with me & decided to show off her outfit to our chickens.

Lastly, we practiced our swag & worked a bit more on our jumping skills:



She then declared that she "had had fun today!" & we were done.



I can't believe my baby is going to be 3 in 6 months! I'm so happy that I'm able to capture these moments with her.
